Does anyone know Walgreen's and/or Target's policy on using $2/2 coupons? Ex: Use (2) $2/2 for 2 items bought? Sometimes Walgreen's lets me do that scenario and sometimes they don't? And how does that work for the manufacturer?
If you want to use 2 $2/2 coupons, you will have to purchase 4 items. since the coupon is stating that you will receive $2 off 2 items, you must buy 2 itmes per coupon.

The VEET coupon let me print it 3 times before I got the "you have already printed this coupon" dealie. I had to click on the "3 dollar coupon" on the original VEET page to do this but a nice heads up.
