The Tylenol is a month long register reward deal. That's why you might not see it in the ad.
The coupon you have listed for the Tylenol from 3/14 RP is actually a $3/2 not a %3/1 coupon.
You are right Amelia. The coupon for Tylenol from RP 3/14 is $3/2. I fixed it. I also found an IP that would make it still a good deal. Not free but still cheap. Thanks for letting me know.
