Yes, it really works! YOu will want to hand them the MC first. The way to use overage is to buy another item along with the tylenol, and it will reduce your bottom line. So, if you buy a $1 pack of gum and the tylenol, you would only pay $.49 for both.
Does that make sense? the cashier will never hand you back money - but the overage will apply towards other items in your transaction.
