If you are new to couponing, this is a FABULOUS deal to start on. Its simple, and not too intimidating!!! Give it a try!

I have to be honest...this looks intreguing...but still intimidating...It still doesn't make any sense...I'm useless.

Maybe I can help. If you look in this Sundays paper (available at stores like Walmart the entire week) you'll find a packet of coupons with the a "Smart Source" Logo on the front. We abreviate this as SS adn 3/7 (Sundays date). Inside this packet you'll find a coupon good for $3 off one John Freida Shampoo or Conditioner. Take this coupon to Walgreens and pick out one of the $5.99 John Freida products. Then grab a little coupon booklet (or ask cashier) at the front of the store, called the March Savings Book. Inside this book, you'll find another $1 off any one John Frieda coupon. Hand over the three John Frieda items to the cashier, then the March Coupon book ( no need to cut out the coupon, they just scan it and give it back), then hand over the $3 coupon and ad in a little gum or candy (there are $30 carmels at the cashier).

Your total should be $.99 plus your candy or filler item.

Does that help?
