Get $15 from Dannon

If you have purchased Dannon Activia or DanActive, you could receive a check for up to $100 ($15 minimum!).

"A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about Dannon’s advertising for Activia® and DanActive® branded products ("Products") and their benefits from “probiotic” bacteria. The lawsuit claims the advertising was not true. Dannon stands by its advertising and denies it did anything wrong. However, Dannon has settled to avoid the cost and distraction of litigation."

So if you feel you were misled by this campaign, all you have to do is fill out a very short form and receive a check for at least $15 - no receipt needed. For refunds more than $30 - receipts must be mailed along with form. See HERE for details.

Now yougurt?? I just think too many people will take advantage of this offer.

Maybe all products will just start going with something like the tag line on the Old Spice ads: "We are not claiming that using Old Spice will smell your man into a super-gorgeous millionaire, we are just implying it."
