You can;t get any of hte links to open? Try thr first "downloadable" link - that should work. You'll have to dowload it, but it's really fast and simple.
I tried to open Google doc of Easy Saving Promo and I got a message that I didn't have permission. The ConAgra doc in google opened just fine. Thanks for all the hard work.

what about the 4shared download links? those should work and would be better to use - you can save the file to your own computer that way.
