The ads that come in the mail says right on it that they take manufactor coupons. But the $2/1 coupon is for 150 oz or more. The size that is on sale is only 50 oz. But there was a $1/1 for 50 oz on the same page as the $2 one. At least that's the coupon I got in Idaho.

So we can use coupons at Family dollar? I thought I heard that they don't take coupons?
Yep, they do accept manufacturer coupons. You can print their coupon policy from the their home page: familydollar.com.
If you prefer not to shop at Family Dollar, take theri ad to Walmart or Target and price match.
Does this include the HE kind or just the regular detergent?
I'm not sure - I bet it does include HE if they carry it.
