I called all 3 targets yesterday (2/22)(Nampa,Boise and Eagle) and the deal is 19.99

I called the Target in Salem and Keizer Oregon and their not on sale here :( it's a great deal though good luck everybody!
I picked one up yesterday at the Beaverton-Hillsdale store. When you go, look for the brunette dolls - word is, these are the only ones on clearance. The one I found had a clearance sticker price of 13.98 on it, but the scanner read 4.98 so it was free after the coupon. Always a good idea to scan these in person (had I called, I wouldn't have known it was actually 4.98) so...you never know...
I went to Twin Falls store, and the only ones they had there were not on clearance.
