I tried to do this at the Fred Meyer on Federal Way (Boise), and it didn't work. When I asked about it, the customer service clerk said they were trying to figure why it wasn't working. By that time, of course, I had already bought the detergent. I wish the manufacturers promoting these things would make sure they work -- so we don't look like we are asking for something we aren't entitled to. For shy folks like me, getting used to this whole couponing thing is rough enough anyway.

I just got back from Fred Meyers and think I've figured it out. Of course all they had left wast the 60oz (20% more Free)and that did NOT trigger the cat. Customer Service informed me that it was ONLY working on the 50oz. Has nayone confirmed this working for them?

(I got a rain check.)

I did buy the 50 oz --- on purpose because I was worried that the 60 oz. wouldn't trigger the Catalina (if I've got that name, right?). Of course, that still still trigger it. :)

oops. Still DIDN'T trigger it. Apparently, not only am I learning to coupon, but learning to type. :)

Haha :). I am typo queen!

Well, it must have been working at some point - my Fred Meyer was cleared out by 2pm.

If anyone has gotten lucky with this one - let us know!!

Well, bummer, it sure didn't work for me or my friend in Puyallup, WA. It worked for one out of 3 of us. The checker said it's been very random.
