Canyon County Christmas Show. Idaho Center. 11 -7 pm.
"The Jungle Book" presented by Starlight Mountain Theatre After School Youth Camp. Performed entirely by an all-kid cast, ages 6-14. 7:30 p.m. Nov. 20-21, with a 2:30 p.m. matinee Nov. 21, The Star Theatre, 1851 Century Way, Suite 3, Boise.
MK Nature Center. Let's Talk Turkey. 2 pm. Free admission but donations accepted. Come to the MK Nature Center and learn about the turkey life cycle, turkey species that we have in Idaho and hear turkey calls. An educational session followed by a chance to "try on" turkey adaptations and a walk up craft to take home will be available.
2nd Annual Christmas Festival. Cole Valley Christian High School. 6-8:30 pm. Free admission. Highlights include entertainment by CVCS students, choirs, and bands. Activities for children of all ages! Professional photographer to take holiday family photos. Purchase a boxed dinner at the Festival. Fresh wreaths to purchase for delivery after Thanksgiving - made by a local landscape company. Silent auction of beautifully decorated tabletop and full-sized trees. Silent dessert auction! Angel Tree to meet needs for Wednesday's Child.
The Boise Philharmonic. Casual Classics. 11 am. A shortened casual concert perfect for families and children.
Neighborhood open gyms. K-6. 10 am-2pm. Valley View, Koelsch, Liberty and Hawthorne schools. #384-4256.
All Play at the Nampa Public Library. Games for the whole family. 10:30 am.
