Turkey deal at Winco

Hey everyone, I know it has snuck up on us all...but it's time to talk TURKEY! We got this great tip from a Discount Queen in our inbox this morning:

I found a deal at Winco the other day and wasn't sure if you knew about it. If you spend $50 or more, you get a turkey for only .38 a pound! It was originally .86 or .89 (can't remember exactly). Anyway, I needed a lot of things, so getting to $50 was easy--and I got a 25.95 lb turkey for $9.86!!! It's the cheapest turkey per pound I've seen so far.

So there you have it - if you are headed out to do a Winco run anytime soon, grab a Turkey for extra cheap! Thank you so much Kami! And if anyone else sees a great Turkey deal please let us know!

WalMart has turkeys for .40 cents a pound with no minimum purchase. So if you are not needing a lot before Thanksgiving you might want to go there.

Might make a difference that the Winco turkeys are Jennio. I got one last week and made it and was a fantastic turkey! Great flavor!

Last year they let the price of the turkey count toward the $50, is it the same this year?
