I'm not sure if it is the same at every target, but at my Target in Utah they raised the price of the Santa Potato Head to 6.99 instead of 5.99 which makes the total cost 1.99 instead of .99 (still good though) Not sure if it is the same everywhere.
In Spokane, WA the potato head spud buds are $6.99, which is still a good deal after the $5 coupon!
