Handmade gifts are a tradition for me. I often find new crafts I enjoy and that becomes the "gift of the year" as I adjust it for those I care about... this year I am knitting- scarves, blankets, and placemats. However, the most meaningful handmade gift I can think of coming my direction, sort of, is the dollhouse my dad made for my daughter- who isn't yet two... but has a keepsake I hope she'll treasure her entire life!
