Apparently the Walt Disney Company, in an effort to avoid a class action law suit, are offering a refund for anyone who purchased a Baby Einstein DVD between June 5, 2004 and September 4, 2009.
It turns out they really don't make your baby an Einstein after all... :). Read this NY Times article for more info.
You can choose to receive money back ($15.99) or a trade in (any Baby Einstein Book or music CD) for up to 4 DVDs per household. All you have to do is mail in your DVD and complete this form for each DVD you wish to return. It's my understanding that they can be in any condition and no receipt is required.
Wow, I have a million of these that were never opened! Some were cute but some kind of drove me nuts :).
