Last night I found this down the CLEARANCE isle at my Walmart:
A Barbie Garden Princess Dress

On clearance for: $5.00
I went down the regular toy isle and they had a bunch of the Garden Princess dresses that weren't marked down yet...but they still rang up for $5!
They also had some High School Musical Flapper dress-up for the same.
Pretty good deal. Great for HALLOWEEN, Christmas gifts, or just for dress-up.
This was at my Walmart in Oregon. Definitely worth checking out wherever you are.
