Coupons.com Issues
I love coupons.com - but I have been having issues. I noticed a few other of you have been having the same issues - we need help! Occasionally I print and the print job "spools" forever w/out actually printing and I end up having to cancel the print jobs and lose all my coupons! I know, it's a nightmare!!

I don't have that problem but I can't get on to coupons.com anymore. Well I can get on but it doesn't show the coupons. So I haven't really been couponing lately.
i had that problem yesterday! I was so frustrated!
This has been happening to me for months now. I used to be able to print from them and then one day it just wouldn't. I try now and then to see if it will and normally it doesn't. I have had a couple of freak times when it will and then I go to print more right after and it doesn't let me. I know it's not my printer because it lets me print from my husbands computer (although they only print when using Internet Explorer). The whole thing is just really strange.

I've had this issue happen to me a few times...and it's been more then the last few days. I was wondering if it was an explorer issue or me but never figured out what the problem was or how to fix it. And here I thought I was the only one having this problem! ;)
Yesterday I had that problem with my laptop but my desk top worked fine. I was really mad because I lost some great coupons.
I don't have this problem with coupons.com but I can't print anything from SmartSource. I feel your pain ladies!
Has anyone tried to uninstall coupons.com from their computer? When you first sign up it installs the printer thing, and you can uninstall it and start over. It worked for me once - back when my printer had ink :)
Mine did the same thing yesterday and I lost the coupons that I was really hoping for. Frustrating!!!

Yes! Me too! All this time I thought it was my computer and printer, so frustrating. i also have lost many coupons!
I've had the same problem. Thought it was just me. Guess we're all in the same boat. I'd love a solution, but I'm not one to find it.
Yes, I had this problem a couple of days ago. What's the deal? I was so bummed...
I'm going to try uninstalling again - I'll let you know what happens - but I can't print until the new month :(.
I'll also contact coupons.com - since there are enough of us maybe they will do something.
