Saturday, September 19th
"Harvest the Beauty of Fall" Flower Show. 36th st Garden Center. 12-5 pm. Floral designs, horticulture displays, education programs: Landscaping with Grasses, Firewise Landscaping, Cooking with Herbs, Attracting Birds to Your Backyard, Bees and Pollinator Plants, Plants to Attract Butterflies. Sponsored by Idaho Horticulture Society.
Meridian Harvest Festival. Downtown Meridian. Meridian City Hall Plaza. 11 am-3 pm. Pumpkin painting, clown , balloon art, face painting, train rides, Astro jump, hot dogs, and soda. Bring a can of non-perishable food to donate and receive a free pumpkin.
All Boise Public libraries. "Talk like a pirate" day. Dress up with the staff. Special pirate books will be on display.
World's largest ping pong ball drop for 16 different charities! Expo Idaho. 8 am-8 pm.

I love the Hyde Park Fair! I was just going to post about it, but I might mop my floor instead.
