Wed. April 22nd Consignor Drop-off 9:00 3:00 Everyone needs an Appointment!
Thurs April 23rd Consignor Pre-Sale from 12:00pm-5:00pm
Fri. April 24th Public Sale-8:00am-3:00pm
Sat. April 25th Public Sale- 8:00-12:00pm and then from 12:00pm-3:00pm 50% items marked with a red dot, only Consignors can not pick up till 5:00-6:00 (No early pick-ups)
LOCATION and DIRECTIONS:
We're holding it at the Maple Grove Grange again. 11692 W. President : President is located off of Executive between Five Mile and Cloverdale. Directions: Take Cloverdale to Executive and head East. Turn left at the fork where the coffee shop is. The grange is located about 1/3 of a mile down on President.
CONSIGNING YOUR STUFF: How It Works
You set the price. You make 70% of the sales price. This is much higher than the percentage you get at consignment stores.
You tag your own items according to the tagging instructions, (before you get there) and drop them off during drop off times. Bring your items in a laundry basket, box, plastic tub or a wagon it keeps all your things clean and organized.
Before inspection please sign-in. After inspection, please count the items you'll be selling and mark that on the sign-up sheet. A volunteer will help you put them in the appropriate place.
We sell it for you. Yeah!
The last 3 hours on Saturday is 50%. If you are willing to sell an item at a discounted price, you may choose to mark it 50%. If it is sold on the last day. Put a red dot on the bottom corner for 50% off. You may also leave it for full price.
At the end of the sale, we have a pick up time slot if you want your things that didn’t sell. If you can’t come, you may send a friend with a permission slip to pick up your things. The note must have your code number and signature on it. All unclaimed items become property of Kiddie-Kart when the pick up time has expired. We donate items to a local charity.
We mail you your check for your sold items along with your tags (if requested) within a week. Also, there is a $7.00 facility fee that will be deducted from your total earnings. This helps pay for the equipment, advertising, rental of the building, of check and tags.
BONUS: All consignors are invited to the presale the day before the sale opens to the general public.
